NEW for 2015!

Last year we received an amazing number of requests for DIY projects, knot tutorials, macrame projects, craft projects all on how to use Chinese Knotting Cord.  We started a board in Pinterest (calledEverything to do with Chinese Knotting Cord)  and this year we are happy to announce that we will be introducing our own YouTube videos.

Starting off with

How to tie:  Basic Chinese Knot Collection.

Here is our first video on how to tie the Double Connection Knot!  ENJOY!

Learn how to make a simple Button Knot Bead and then use them in our new tutorial Baubles of Buttons Bracelet!

The second knot in our How to tie :  Basic Knots Collection is a sister knot to the Double Connection Knot.  It is aptly named the Horizontal Double Connection Knot.   Enjoy!

(using the Button Knot Bead )

The button knot bead is one of our favorite beads to make because of its smplicity and the fact that you can make it one color,multi-colored, double stranded or even triple stranded.  It takes a little bit to get use to making them, but once you get the hang if it, you may never stop!  If you love button knot beads, this may become one of your favorite tutorias.  It also uses one of our newest techniques in working with chinese knotting cord:  l  REPLACING THE CENTER CORE!  Can you imagine the possiblities now!

Enjoy and don't forget to make one for all your friends!
