Sales Tax
By law, all CT state residents will be charged a sales tax of 6.35%. If you are a business or using the cord for resale, please email me your tax id and we will refund you the tax.
Volume Discounts on ROLLS
+ 10 Rolls = 10% off
(includes bobbins but not 15 yd cards)
+20 rolls = 20% off
(does not include bobbins or cards)
+30 = 30% off
(does not include bobbins or cards)
You may mix and match colors and different size rolls to receive this discount. Discount will be given as a refund when order is processed. Sorry, couldn't get it to work on my website.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION (US and CANADA)
We ship by First Class Mail (5 - 7 days) unless otherwise specified. Shipping is calculated based on distance and weight or your package.
We offer Priority Mail (3 -5 days) as well as Express Mail (1-3 days)
Tracking is included with all purchases shipped within the United States.
International Shipping Information (Worldwide)
All VAT, taxes, customs fees, etc are the responsibility of the buyer, so please contact your customs office to familiarize yourself with your countries fees and regulations. All packages will be shipped out with a customs declaration indicating CORD and the value of the order listed.
*First Class International Mail (7 - 10 days): No Tracking/No Insurance: Shipping is calculated based on distance and weight. (see note below)
Priority Mail (5 -7) days: Minimum Tracking
Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box (5 - 7 days): Minimum Tracking
Express Mail (3 - 5 days) : Full tracking
*Please Note: If you choose the first shipping options, once the package has left my store it becomes yours or the customer's responsiblity. As the US postal office has no influence outside of the US, I and they have no way of tracking it once it has made it into your country. Please allow 3 full weeks for any customs delays before contacting your customs office as most, if not all, of our packages have made it to their destinations successfully within this time frame. Thanks.
Returns (60 days)
Customer service is really important to us. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email me and let me know. Returns will be accepted if postmarked within 60 days after purchase. Full refund will be given (through paypal) when item is safely back on the shelves. Please note that all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the mistake was our fault.
