Crochet: Amigurumi

Amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals or characters.  The Japanese word ami, means to knit or crochet and the word nuigurumi literally means stuffed doll.  

Recently micro-amigurumi or the art of making really small amigurumis has become really popular and our 0.4MM chinese knotting cord is the perfect size and texture for these projects!   Depending on how small you would like your project, you can also use the 0.5MM chinese knotting cord as well.  

0.4MM Chinese Knotting Cord:  Use a 1.25MM crochet hook

0.5MM Chinese Knotting Cord:  Use a 1.6MM Crochet Hook
