Not happy with your purchase?   We accept all returns within 30 days of receipt  for a full refund (minus the shipping costs).    

1) Please Email us at karen@tanglesnknots.com for a Return Authorization Form.

2)  Please make sure to package your order well as we cannot issue a refund or a store credit for any items that are damaged during transit.  

3) Please include the Return Authorization Form with your order to help expedite the return.  Any returned packaged received without the Return Authorization Form will be charged a 10% restocking fee.  

4). We re measure every return so please do not return cut or used bobbins or rolls.  Items must be in their original salable condition.  Items received that do not pass the re measure will be donated to an elementary school in our area.
