 Website Orders:

Orders placed throughout the website will ship within 2-3 business days of receipt of order and payment.  Note:  We do place priority on orders that chose faster shipping methods so free shipping orders will be processed last during busy times.  

You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order and another email when your package is actually in the mail!  


Email (Wholesale) Orders:  

Wholesale orders will ship within 1 - 2 weeks of receipt of order depending on the size of the order.   If you have a deadline you are trying to meet, please let us know when you place your order.  We will try our best to meet your deadline.  


Sales Tax

Sales tax is placed on all orders from North Carolina.  Sales tax will not be applied to all other orders.


Canceling An Order

 We can cancel orders but only BEFORE they have been shipped so please let us know by email ( or phone (860-748-7454) as soon as possible.   If your order has already been shipped, you can refuse the order by writing return to sender on the UNOPENED package and place it back in the mail. Note:  All canceled packages that have already been shipped will be charged 10% restocking and processing fee when received back in our warehouse.


Packages Not Received

All packaged are shipped with a tracking number which you can locate online by logging into your account on our website or in an email that was sent to you when the package was shipped.  If you have NOT received your package but the tracking number indicates that your order was delivered, we CANNOT do anything for you on our end.  You will need to go to your local post office and give then the tracking number and they can help you.  

If your order is truly lost in the mail,  please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
