We will ship all packages within 2-3 business days of receipt of order and payment unless otherwise specified on the front of the website. You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order and another email when your package is actually in the mail!
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Once in a while, an item will be out of stock. If the item is due in within a week or two we will place your order on backorder and ship when it arrives. If not, we will issue a full refund for the item or email you for options.
We accept Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, Discover and Mastercard) and Paypal.
By law, all CT state residents will be charged a sales tax of 6.35%. If you are a business or using the cord for resale, please email me your tax id and we will refund you the tax.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION (USA)
Shipping is FREE on all orders over $30
We ship by USPS First Class Mail (5-7 days) : Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Express (2 days)
Tracking is included with all purchases shipped within the United States.
Customs and Import Taxes:
All VAT, taxes, customs fees, etc are the responsibility of the buyer, so please contact your customs office to familiarize yourself with your countries fees and regulations. All packages will be shipped out with a customs declaration indicating CORD and the value of the order listed.
International shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of your package. They are also only estimates. If actual shipping cost is significantly higher than S&H paid a Paypal invoice will be sent by email before shipping. If shipping & handling cost is substantially lower a refund will be issued via Paypal.

Lost or Misplaced Packages
Please allow 3-4 full weeks for any customs or mailing delays before assuming your package has been lost. If you feel your package has been misplaced, please contact your local post office first and then us as they are in the best position to track your package.
NOTE: It can sometimes take up to 5 weeks for a package to clear customs, 8 weeks if it is a busy time of the year like December so please take this into account when ordering.
RETURNS (30 DAYS): RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM NEEDED
Not happy with your purchase? We accept all returns within 30 days for a full refund (minus the shipping costs)
Please Call Us (860-748-7454) or Email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a Return Authorization Form. Please make sure to package your order well as we cannot issue a refund or a store credit for any items that are damaged during transit.
NOTE: We will no longer accept returns without the Return Authorization Form.
